Does Ainvee work for an agritourism?

Yes: bookings, your own booking engine, channel manager, VERI*FACTU invoicing and guest registration with SES.HOSPEDAJES in one system.

Can I look after foreign guests in their language?

Yes. Ainvee works in several languages and currencies, and replies with AI in each guest's language.

How do I take payment for direct bookings?

With Stripe, built into Ainvee: the payment and the VERI*FACTU invoice come from the same system.

How is the Balearic tourist tax handled?

The tourist stay tax is charged per person and night. In Ainvee you set it up with the taxes in your rates; you still file the return yourself.

How is guest registration sent?

Guests check in online and Ainvee sends their registration to SES.HOSPEDAJES with those details, within the legal deadline. In Catalonia and the Basque Country it goes to the Mossos d'Esquadra and the Ertzaintza, which Ainvee doesn't cover yet.

This is how Ainvee works in an agritourism. Every detail goes in once and serves the channel, the guest register and the invoice.

1
One booking updates every channel.
It comes in through a booking site or your booking engine, and the channel manager removes that room from your other channels. No calendars to update by hand.
