Every invoice you issue from Ainvee is signed, chained and ready for the tax agency, including in the Basque Country and Navarre. No add-ons, no extra steps.
From today, every invoice you issue in Ainvee complies with Veri*Factu, the Spanish Tax Agency system that requires invoicing software to record each invoice in a complete and traceable way. And if your property is in the Basque Country or Navarre, with TicketBAI too.
What changes for you
- Each invoice carries its fingerprint and QR code, generated when it is issued.
- Invoices are chained: they cannot be deleted or edited without leaving a trace.
- Submission to the tax agency happens automatically.
What you need to do
Nothing, if you already invoice with Ainvee. Just check that your company’s tax details are complete in Settings.
